4. Medical Vaccination card for meningitis & Polio— for less than 16 years only.
5. Affidavit for ladies whose relationship with male “Mehram” cannot be established through Passport name.
6. 3rd & 4th Extra Sofa Type Beds (Triple / Quad Rooms)
